RETURNS & REFUNDS

Hey Gal! Our orders don't always work out... we'll help you get sorted!

  • Items can be returned within 30 days from delivery for a store credit.
  • Unfortunately we do not offer refunds at this time (unless faulty).
  • Unfortunately we cannot refund duties, taxes or shipping costs. Return shipping costs will be paid for by the customer (unless other arrangements have been made).
  • Once we receive your return, please allow 2-3 days for your return to be processed.
  • We will email you and let you know that your return has been processed.
  • Once an order is placed, if you choose to cancel, you will be issued with a store credit for the full amount of the purchase.

CONDITIONS

We do not accept returns on the following items:

  • Sale items
  • All jewellery
  • Hair accessories
  • Intimates or bodysuits

All products must be returned:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • Tags attached (not including our pre-loved items)
  • Without marks from make-up or fake tan

PLEASE TAKE CARE when trying on our goodies! If your return does not meet the above conditions, it will be sent back to you.

 

EXCHANGES

As we have a high turnover of stock, we do not accept exchanges at this time. If you would like an item in a different size/colour, we recommend re-ordering the item before returning your original order.

 

DAMAGED/FAULTY ITEMS

We're here to help! Please email info@haliteclothing.com or send us a message on Instagram @haliteclothing if you believe any of your items are damaged or faulty. Include a photo and we will sort out the issue ASAP.
